Commendation for Trooper Michael Kesler - Office of the Governor of Alabama

Alabama Governor Robert Bentley presents a commendation to Alabama State Trooper Michael Kesler for going above and beyond the call of duty while helping a mother deliver her baby during a traffic stop in Madison County. Governor Bentley also wrote a letter to the newborn, Barrett Lowe, and presented it to his parents Shawna and Danny Lowe in the Old House Chamber at the State Capitol in Montgomery on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
