Proclamation

By the Governor of Alabama

WHEREAS, this year the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. will celebrate its 79^th Southern Regional Conference in historic Mobile, Alabama; and

WHEREAS, the 79^th Southern Regional Conference will be attended by members from all the southern states as well as national officers, and

WHEREAS, the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. promotes a sisterhood that strengthens bonds and positively influences the lives of young women and all of its members; and

WHEREAS, the Beta Xi Chapter of Mobile, Alabama welcomes all members of the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. to the city of Mobile and state of Alabama:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Robert Bentley, Governor of Alabama, do hereby proclaim March 31^st through April 3^rd, 2016, as
