Governor Bentley Sends Memo to County Sheriffs and District Attorneys Regarding Electronic Bingo
MONTGOMERY – Governor Bentley on September 20, 2016, in conjunction with Attorney General Luther Strange, released the attached letters to 29 county sheriffs and district attorneys. The purpose of the letter is to remind both officials the operation of electronic bingo machines is currently a violation of Alabama law. Memo and letters can be found at the following links:
